Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans for each client, addressing their unique mental health needs.

• Deliver individual, couples, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing EMR software effectively.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive approach to client care, sharing insights and strategies that enhance treatment outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay abreast of developments in mental health research and best practices.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and support, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet clients in moments of acute need.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice focuses on serving diverse populations, including individuals and families with limited access to mental health resources. You will work with clients facing a variety of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship dynamics, and substance use disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds and experiences, making cultural competency and empathy essential qualities for this role.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia is mandatory.

• At least two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards relating to mental health practice.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
