Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain insights into clients' mental health challenges and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set measurable therapeutic goals and continuously monitor progress throughout their treatment journey.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, ensuring a seamless virtual experience that accommodates clients' needs and preferences.

• Maintain meticulous documentation for each session to adhere to ethical and regulatory standards, while ensuring the confidentiality of client information.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW); provisional licenses are not accepted.
