Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, and diagnostic interviews tailored to children and adolescents.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) during therapy sessions conducted individually, with couples, families, or in group settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services by assessing acute situations and coordinating with crisis teams to implement necessary support measures.

• Diligently maintain accurate clinical documentation, comprising progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops for students and families, teaching skills that enhance mental health management and foster resilience.

Compensation and Benefits\n
