Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• You will deliver high-quality, individualized therapeutic services to an assigned group of patients, coordinating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to manage and optimize patient recovery plans.
• The Physical Therapist completes thorough patient assessments and engages in the development of patient-specific care plans, focusing on measurable goals, patient engagement, and overall positive patient experiences.
• You will provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, utilizing a variety of techniques and modalities to support patients through their rehabilitation journeys.
• Effective evaluations will be part of your daily responsibilities, where you will assess therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional statuses, contributing insights to the total plan of care.
• Instruction for patients, families, and caregivers on the effective use of exercises, therapeutic equipment, and prosthetic devices will also be a critical aspect of your role, ensuring that care continues beyond the treatment sessions.
• As part of your work, you will determine daily caseloads and staffing needs, creating a coordinated and efficient schedule for patient care delivery.

Compensation and Benefits
