Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' conditions through detailed assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on physician referrals.
• Implement diverse therapeutic interventions for orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients.
• Administer skilled therapeutic care in compliance with the physician's established treatment protocol at our clinic or mobile service options.
• Educate and consult patients and their caregivers on proper techniques and strategies for recovery and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documenting progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Achieve established utilization goals and contribute to the overall business objectives through effective patient management and care.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service by building rapport with each patient, thereby encouraging them to exceed their functional goals.
• Participate in ongoing team meetings and training sessions, collaborating with colleagues to improve patient outcomes through evidence-based care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on treating a diverse group of patients, particularly those recuperating from orthopedic conditions. This may involve working with individuals recovering from surgeries or injuries related to sports, aging, or other physical health challenges. You will foster a supportive environment, emphasizing patient education and empowerment to facilitate their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy for Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in therapeutic documentation.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and adept at using word processing software.
• Demonstrated ability to establish strong patient relationships effectively, with a focus on exceeding functional goals.
• An evident passion for connecting with people and contributing positively to their rehabilitation process.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in orthopedic physical therapy is highly desirable, with a background in clinical settings that include outpatient therapy, pediatric therapy, or sports medicine adding valuable expertise. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
