Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and groups, focusing on their unique challenges and emotional well-being.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

• Actively engage in professional development through workshops, seminars, and continuing education, staying informed of advancements in mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload. In addition to a competitive salary, the position offers:
