ASCP MLT

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnostic Testing: Perform accurate analysis of blood, body fluids, and tissues.
  • Lab Equipment Management: Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot lab instruments.
  • Collaborative Care: Deliver precise and timely results to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment.
  • Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure adherence to CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory standards.
What You'll Need
  • Education: Associate degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
  • Certification: MLT certification (ASCP, AMT, or eligibility).
  • Skills: Attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and effective teamwork.
