Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and create personalized treatment plans tailored to their needs.

• Provide individual, couple, family, or group therapy sessions through virtual platforms, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others.

• Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain precise and confidential digital client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment options, and resources available in the community, advocating for their rights and needs.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and supervision to remain up-to-date with the latest best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
