Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of client needs, formulating individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic interventions through one-on-one sessions, group therapy, and family counseling, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care that promotes optimal mental health outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention when clients experience acute distress, employing effective de-escalation techniques and support strategies tailored to individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• An active, independent license in Massachusetts as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctorate in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 based on qualifications and experience.
