Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for clients to identify their unique needs and any co-occurring disorders that may affect their treatment.

• Develop customized, evidence-based treatment plans aimed at addressing individual client goals and challenges.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions targeting addiction issues, trauma recovery, and mental health concerns, often utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other proven methodologies.

• Evaluate and track clients’ progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as required to ensure optimum outcomes.

• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction specialists, fostering a holistic approach to client care.

• Provide education to clients and their families about mental health, the dynamics of addiction, and effective recovery techniques, ensuring they understand their roles in the rehabilitation process.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
