Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs, incorporating a variety of therapeutic interventions to facilitate progress.

• Provide crisis management services, including de-escalation techniques and emergency intervention strategies to ensure client safety and stability.

• Collect, track, and maintain detailed patient records and data to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions, ensuring all information is documented accurately and confidentially.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Four Winds Therapy, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing a range of mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to engage with clients of different ages and backgrounds, often including those who require specialized approaches for trauma-informed care, integrating contemporary research-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or an Associate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-A) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
