Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will touch a diverse group of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. You will have the opportunity to work with clients facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your insights and treatment strategies will play a pivotal role in their healing journey, facilitating positive outcomes and empowering clients to thrive.

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure or registration as an LMFT or LCSW in California, in good standing.

• Familiarity with California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) requirements.

• Proficiency in Spanish or another additional language is highly encouraged and will be recognized with a bilingual salary differential.

Ideal candidates will have experience working with varied age groups and a diverse range of mental health disorders. Previous experience in an outpatient setting is a plus, as is familiarity with insurance billing procedures. Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
