Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, engaging with clients to explore their issues, provide support, and facilitate therapeutic conversations.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client, incorporating evidence-based practices and feedback from your assessments.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, counselors, and support staff, to enhance comprehensive care and exchange insights on client progress.

• Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that each client’s history is documented and easily accessible for future reference.

• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, guiding clients through immediate challenges and connecting them to additional resources when required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LICSW with our organization, you will primarily work with patients experiencing anxiety disorders and depression. Your role will involve supporting diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults, from various backgrounds. You will be tasked with understanding and respecting cultural contexts while employing therapeutic techniques that resonate effectively with each client.

Qualifications\n

• An earned Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing direct clinical social work services, ideally in a similar therapeutic setting.

• Strong competency in conducting diagnostic assessments and competency in developing meaningful, targeted treatment plans.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for establishing rapport and trust with diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in delivering therapy through telehealth platforms, with a strong comfort level in using technology for remote interactions.

• Previous experience working within a school or educational setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
