Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that address specific goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients facing acute mental health crises, employing de-escalation techniques and creating stable, safe environments for recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, which include treatment plans and progress notes compliant with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all documentation meets accreditation requirements.

• Engage in collaborative treatment with interdisciplinary teams, consulting regularly with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to advocate for their needs.

• Stay updated with the latest best practices in mental health therapy through continuous education, attending workshops, and participating in team learning sessions.

You will primarily work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each facing unique mental health challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and your cultural competence and sensitivity will be crucial in building rapport and trust. You will address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, using your skills to foster resilience and growth in each client.

Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n
