With hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, our team members enjoy the ability to design their work environment to enhance comfort and productivity.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients primarily through telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential virtual environment.

• Complete comprehensive intake evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment strategies tailored to each individual's circumstances.
\n
• Facilitate ongoing therapeutic interventions by employing evidence-based practices and continually adapting treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention support and mental health resources, along with necessary referrals, to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.
\n
• Maintain meticulous records of therapy sessions, client interactions, and compliance with all state and federal documentation requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, including individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to work with adults and adolescents, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client, and supporting them in achieving their mental wellness goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid Washington State licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to assess client needs, develop, and implement effective therapy strategies.
\n
• Comfortable working with telehealth technologies and willing to learn and adapt to new digital platforms for therapy delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling or therapy in a clinical setting.

• Familiarity with teletherapy practices and experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to track client progress and maintain documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
