Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, utilizing a range of diagnostic methods to evaluate physical conditions, abilities, and rehabilitation needs.

• Design and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's rehabilitation goals, taking into account both short-term and long-term outcomes.

• Deliver hands-on therapy, employing a variety of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and other modalities tailored to treatment objectives.

• Engage in patient education, guiding patients and their families through home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications to facilitate recovery.

• Strictly monitor and document patient progress, adapting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, ensuring all aspects of patient care are coordinated and aligned with goals for rehabilitation.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, in addition to a full benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings options.
