Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in home care settings to understand their specific needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including exercise programs, manual therapy techniques, and the use of specialized equipment.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously to ensure consistency and effectiveness in treatment approaches.
• Adjust therapy plans as needed based on patient responses, encouraging ongoing improvement and adaptation to their recovery journey.
• Provide education and training to patients, their caregivers, and family members regarding effective self-care strategies and the use of rehabilitation modalities.
• Advocate for the needs of patients by recommending and fitting them for assistive devices to enhance mobility and independence in daily living activities.
• Maintain professional development through participation in workshops, continual learning, and networking within the physical therapy community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse client population, including children recovering from sports injuries, adults with chronic conditions, and elderly patients recovering from surgery or experiencing mobility challenges. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.

Preferred Experience
