Our structured work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy to patients with various mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health, capturing emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to guide treatment.

• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient, factoring in cultural and demographic considerations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Maintain strict adherence to ethical and professional standards, including confidentiality and informed consent protocols.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
