Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions in various formats, including individual, couples, family, and group sessions, ensuring tailored therapies that meet the diverse needs of each client.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation following appropriate state and federal regulations, ensuring that all records are complete, confidential, and up to date.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Wise & Healthy Medical Services, you will primarily work with diverse client populations, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will address various mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and family dynamics, ensuring that you adapt your approach based on the unique characteristics and cultural contexts of your clients.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• At least two years of experience providing mental health services, specifically in therapeutic settings.

• Proficiency in using teletherapy tools and related digital platforms to deliver care effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop rapport quickly with clients and colleagues.
