Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an individual patient or an assigned group of patients per established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, documenting observations and outcomes in the medical record.
- Administer medications and therapies, monitor for adverse effects, and respond to changes in patient status.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate care with other disciplines to support safe, individualized patient plans.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; provide guidance and supervision within the scope of responsibility.
- Support patient and family education, discharge planning, and continuity of care while adhering to clinical policies and safety precautions.

Requirements
- Active RN license
- Ability to work nights in a hospital setting
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Eligibility to participate in a travel assignment
