Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health concerns, establish clinical diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals.

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families employing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that interventions are customized to meet each client's unique circumstances.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, which include treatment plans, progress notes, and diagnostic assessments, adhering to best practices in ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in interdisciplinary teamwork, collaborating with psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to coordinate integrated care and ensure optimal outcomes for clients.

• Provide education for clients and their families on mental health disorders, treatment approaches, and resources, acting as an advocate for their needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client population, including adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
