Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in California is required to practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually, with opportunities for bonus achievements and growth. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, a retirement plan with company matching, a new hire bonus, mileage reimbursement for in-person client visits, paid time off, holiday pay, and an annual bonus plan. Employees working 30 hours or more per week will receive the full benefits/compensation package.
