Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique goals and needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive client care and coordinated interventions.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, risk assessments, and safety planning as necessary.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards for all client interactions.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes to promote community learning and peer support.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 90,000, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
