Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's needs and goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse client population, including individuals navigating post-trauma challenges, anxiety disorders, and depressive episodes. Your understanding of cultural sensitivity and responsiveness will be essential, as you tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each client. The focus will be on developing therapeutic relationships that build trust and facilitate effective interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of New York.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably with a background in trauma-informed care.

• Proficiency in various psychotherapy interventions, particularly solution-based methods.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in community health settings and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems are strongly preferred. Our organization offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000–100,000 per year, reflecting your experience and commitment to quality care.
