This position operates within a telehealth framework, allowing you to engage with clients in a flexible and responsive manner. Our work hours are set from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs as necessary.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that prioritize trauma history, allowing for the formulation of targeted treatment plans.

• Design and implement personalized treatment strategies that focus on recovery and resilience, tailoring interventions to individual client needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions to empower clients in processing trauma and enhancing their coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other professionals to provide integrated care tailored to patient needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during acute trauma-related incidents, guiding clients through difficult situations.

By employing a trauma-sensitive approach, you will play a critical role in guiding clients through their recovery journeys and helping them implement strategies that foster resilience in their daily lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
