Job Details

What You'll Do

Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.
Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
Handle written discovery, depositions, mediations, and hearings.
Prepare witnesses and clients for litigation proceedings.
Negotiate settlements while remaining prepared to take matters through trial.
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding legal strategy and case progress.
Collaborate with experienced attorneys on complex legal matters.

Employment Litigation
Civil Litigation
Condemnation / Eminent Domain
Municipal or Government Law experience is a plus
Transactional experience will also be considered

Qualifications

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Active Georgia Bar license in good standing.
0 to 7 years of litigation experience.
Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills.
Experience handling motions, discovery, and client communication.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work.
Collaborative mindset with a strong work ethic and desire for professional growth.
