Details MS/Tele float pool unit within a teaching hospital setting Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00-7:30), 36 hours per week Float required within OSU facilities Some weekends and holidays required EPIC experience required Requirements Active OH or compact RN license in hand at time of consideration BLS certification required; ACLS, CPI, and NIHSS preferred Minimum 2 years of RN experience required Previous travel nursing experience required Skilled in IV starts and telemetry monitoring Teaching hospital and Trauma Level I/II experience preferred Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program Two professional references required, with at least one from a Manager, Director, or Supervisor; second reference may be from a Charge RN; coworker references not accepted Additional Information Float pool role providing coverage across Med/Surg Tele units as needed Local candidates accepted at the same rate Former employees eligible for consideration after 6 months away from the facility Current employees are ineligible for travel positions at this health system Requested time off must be submitted with the contract and limited to 7 days or less Ohio fingerprinting must be completed promptly after contract signing due to strict compliance timelines American Traveler Job ID P-744143.
