Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques, depending on individual client circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, consisting of psychiatrists, nurses, and other social workers, to provide holistic care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources to empower them in their recovery journeys.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health research and best practices to continually enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and coping with chronic illnesses. Special attention is given to clients in hospice care, ensuring that they receive compassionate support during challenging times. Your role is vital in helping clients articulate their emotional needs and facilitating their journey towards healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Arizona.

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
