Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop tailored therapy strategies that meet individual client needs.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records to fulfill ethical and legal requirements, ensuring client confidentiality at all times.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We serve a varied client base, ranging from children and adolescents to adults dealing with a spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Many of our clients come from underprivileged backgrounds and require specialized attention to access the care they need. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
