Senior ERP Project Manager / Business Analyst

Job Requirements

• 7+ years of project management leadership with at least 3 years focused on enterprise ERP implementations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and optimizing core Finance & Operations modules.

• Experience with Microsoft Great Plains (GP) system architectures and legacy-to-cloud data migration strategies.

• Experience with PMP-certified methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery frameworks.

• Experience with Monday.com or comparable enterprise-level project planning and milestone tracking platforms.

• Experience in organizational change management and executing comprehensive end-user training workstreams.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills for facilitating executive updates and cross-functional team alignment.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across the enterprise.

• Orchestrate the complex migration of financial data and business logic from Microsoft Great Plains to D365.

• Architect detailed project roadmaps, resource allocations, and delivery milestones utilizing Monday.com.

• Align technical ERP configurations with specialized accounting and finance business process requirements.

• Execute rigorous change control protocols and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful system deployment.

• Coordinate technical workstreams between internal IT squads, finance leadership, and external software vendors.

• Manage post-implementation reviews and the technical transition of the ERP platform to steady-state operations.
