Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, ensuring a holistic approach to family dynamics.

• Grief and loss

• Family conflicts among siblings

• Cut-offs and communication difficulties within families

• Job-related stress

• Medical issues impacting family health

• Navigating blended family dynamics

• Separation and divorce-related adjustments

• Mother/daughter relational conflicts

\n
• Documenting and maintaining detailed client progress notes and treatment plans in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Actively participating in team meetings and case consultations to promote collaborative treatment planning.
