Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that identify patient needs, strengths, and areas for growth, leading to the formulation of personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored to individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups, fostering community and collective healing aspects which are critical for mental health recovery.

• Work in close collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care effectively, ensuring holistic treatment for all patients.

• Respond to mental health crises with appropriate interventions, offering immediate support during critical moments for individuals and families.
\n
• Educate patients about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community resources, promoting empowerment and self-advocacy.

• Document patient interactions accurately and confidentially in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

• Engage actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities to remain current on mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse population encompassing children, adolescents, adults, and families, each facing unique mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities is essential.

• Proven experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing effective treatment plans tailored to diverse populations.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver both individual and group therapy with empathy and professionalism.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and maintain professional boundaries with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years' experience providing clinical services in a mental health setting is preferred but not mandatory.

• Prior telehealth experience in delivering therapy services remotely will be considered an advantage.
