Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial interviews and thorough evaluations of clients to determine their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize a comprehensive approach by synthesizing bio-psychosocial information gathered from clients, families, healthcare providers, and other relevant sources to inform treatment strategies.

• Provide ongoing assessment of client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the effectiveness of interventions.

• Demonstrate current knowledge and skills in best practices for chemical dependency treatment, employing evidence-based methodologies to facilitate recovery.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement holistic care plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Engage in regular supervision and continuing education opportunities to maintain professional licensure and enhance therapeutic competencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Services, Psychology, or a related field is required for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
