Solutions & Customer Success Lead — AI Systems / Infra What if you could own customer success for cutting‑edge AI systems — guiding teams through on‑premise deployments, developer cloud onboarding, and high‑stakes POCs? Our client — a next‑generation AI infrastructure startup — is hiring a Solutions & Customer Success Lead (San Francisco or U.S.). They’re delivering a breakthrough inference stack with seamless deployment tools for large‑scale AI workloads across both cloud and on‑premise environments. Responsibilities Support the full customer lifecycle — acquisition, onboarding, expansion Lead on‑prem POCs: setup, config, troubleshooting, performance tuning Guide customers implementing models, pipelines, and custom logic Oversee developer cloud onboarding & ongoing technical support Troubleshoot complex issues across hardware, networking, and inference stacks Serve as the primary technical point of contact during POCs Build runbooks & contribute to customer‑facing documentation Define success metrics and ensure customers achieve real outcomes Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Engineering and Customer Service Industries Software Development #J-18808-Ljbffr Acceler8 Talent
