Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish durable and trusting relationships with clients to facilitate open communication and effective therapeutic processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will comprise a diverse population, including individuals grappling with relationship issues, families facing challenges, and those with diagnosed mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LMFT license is a must.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, contingent on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes full medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k) plan featuring a company match. Additional benefits include a new hire bonus, on-demand pay options, mileage reimbursement, and quarterly productivity bonuses. For those working at least 30 hours per week, we ensure full compensation and benefits.
