Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Thrive Collective Health Center, you will play a vital role in patient care by:

• Developing tailored treatment plans that integrate evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Maintaining accurate clinical records, adhering to ethical standards and all applicable regulations, including HIPAA.

• Participating actively in team meetings, case consultations, and peer reviews to enhance best practices and service delivery.

• Building rapport with clients and their families, educating them about mental health resources and coping strategies pertinent to their unique situations.
