Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the complex mental health needs of clients, formulate clinical diagnoses, and draft detailed treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities that resonate with each client’s specific goals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and well-being during emergencies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to ethical and legal standards in practice.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care solutions for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about various mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and workshops to stay informed on best practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will impact a broad demographic, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing diverse mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Each client presents unique challenges, and your role will be to facilitate their journey towards improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities, capable of addressing various mental health concerns.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role is mandatory.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, paired with a generous sign-on bonus.
