Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Engage in the creation of pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, including positive behavior plans and medication treatment plans.

• Document client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely completion of required records.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools as prescribed by our clinical team to facilitate accurate diagnoses and effective treatment strategies.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans, enhancing the effectiveness of treatment protocols.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and practices.
\n
• Serve as a liaison between the agency, state agencies, and community partners to coordinate resources and enhance client support systems.

• Maintain open and effective communication channels to promote agency goals and meet contract standards.

• Foster relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to enhance program visibility and secure potential partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Pursue ongoing professional development through attendance at relevant conferences and workshops, and actively contribute to state-level initiatives related to mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The mental health counselor will work with a diverse client population, including adults and adolescents experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
