Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, productive workplace environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design. Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing sourcing strategies through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday; oversee interviewing processes; and ensure a seamless onboarding experience with employee orientation programs. Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, conflict management, and fostering a positive environment that promotes engagement and retention. Oversee benefits administration including health plans, workers' compensation claims, and retirement plans using platforms like ADP, Paychex, or Paylocity; ensure compliance with OSHA and FMLA regulations. Drive performance management initiatives by coordinating employee evaluations, training & development programs, and implementing effective performance review processes. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law requirements; maintain accurate HR data collection and reporting using HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM. Lead change management projects to support organizational growth; facilitate communication strategies via social media management tools and internal communication channels. Experience Proven experience in human resources management within a fast-paced environment; minimum of several years in roles involving talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR project management. Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices along with familiarity with employment law (including OSHA regulations), workers' compensation procedures, and affirmative action planning. Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft; proficiency in data entry, data collection, and reporting is essential. Strong communication skills coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using tools like Salesforce or Kronos. Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change initiatives effectively while maintaining compliance with all relevant legal standards. Experience working with ATS systems like iCIMS or Taleo; familiarity with payroll systems such as Paychex or ADP is highly desirable.
