While the majority of communication will be conducted virtually, you may occasionally visit school settings to conduct assessments or workshops. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand students' needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and workshops to educate students and parents on mental health topics, fostering a supportive community.

• Collaborate with school counselors, teachers, and other educational staff to ensure an integrated approach to each student's mental health care.

• Provide crisis intervention services in response to mental health emergencies, demonstrating sound judgment and professionalism.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and other legal standards, ensuring patients’ privacy rights are respected.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations to share insights and strategies for improved patient care.

• Continuously update your knowledge of mental health trends and therapeutic techniques to ensure your practice remains effective and relevant.

You will primarily work with children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges in a school environment. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure to practice as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with education and experience.
