Associate Territory Representative- Central Virginia-Richmond,

IQVIA seeks an entry-level medical device sales professional to build a territory of urology and urogynecology clinics in Central Virginia. This hunter role involves prospecting, educating providers, and driving catheter and urinary management system prescriptions through disciplined outreach and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across assigned territory
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and staff on clinical and patient benefits
• Drive new prescription volume and expand usage within existing accounts
• Build and maintain accurate territory pipeline and CRM activity data
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and clinical staff follow-up

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Valid driver's license with daily travel capability within territory
• Track record of winning in metrics-driven B2B sales environment
• 2–4 years B2B sales experience with demonstrated quota achievement (highly preferred)
• Cold outreach comfort and ability to navigate long sales cycles
• Strong verbal communication and professional credibility with physicians
• Sales training background from top-tier companies like ADP, Enterprise, or Cintas (strongly preferred)
