Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' needs, risks, and treatment goals, ensuring a tailored approach for each individual.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and solutions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential clinical records, strictly adhering to HIPAA and other regulatory compliance standards.

• Engage in collaborative treatment with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other specialists, to optimize client care.

• Regularly participate in case consultations and peer supervision meetings to refine therapeutic approaches and enhance treatment quality.

• Provide client education, enabling patients and their families to understand mental health conditions, navigate treatment paths, and access community resources.

• Stay current with advancements in mental health practices and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our therapeutic offerings.

• Manage a full caseload of clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and adherence to ethical standards as established by licensing boards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
