Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Actively participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to support children’s growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities, supporting their families in navigating challenges and accessing appropriate resources. You will engage deeply with diverse populations, tailoring your approaches to their specific cultural and personal contexts. By utilizing a family-centered model, you will strive to create effective partnerships with parents and caregivers that enhance outcomes for their children.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current LCSW licensure from the California Department of Public Health.
