Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity and nature of mood disorders and other mental health conditions among clients.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and client goals, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Monitor client progress by scheduling regular follow-up sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders and treatment options, fostering their involvement in the care process.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic treatment and care integration.

• Maintain compliance with all ethical and legal guidelines while handling client records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
