As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a vital role in our mission to improve mental health outcomes for individuals and families in Sacramento, California. This full-time position offers the flexibility to work from home while collaborating with a supportive team of professionals dedicated to fostering well-being and resilience among our clients. You will be compensated with a competitive salary within the range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually, and will have defined working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Performing comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health needs and tailoring personalized treatment plans based on client goals and preferences.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and social workers, to create holistic care plans that address various aspects of the client’s life.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and agency policies, ensuring all records reflect the care and progress of each client.

• Participating in ongoing professional development and supervision to enhance your skills and stay current with the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults, facing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other complex mental health issues. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A master’s degree or higher in a relevant mental health field.

• Active California licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating the ability to engage effectively with clients from various backgrounds.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for clear articulation of treatment goals and progress in a team environment.

Preferred Experience\n
