Key Responsibilities\n

• Adhere to applicable ethical codes, guiding principles, and all policies and procedures set forth by Freedom Empowerment Counseling Services.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients and create tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize electronic medical records to document and monitor patient progress toward therapeutic goals.

• Provide necessary information and assistance related to social and financial resources for clients.
\n
• Participate actively in team meetings, offering insights and strategies to improve patient outcomes.

• Stay current with continuing education requirements related to licensure and professional development.
\n
• Maintain a regular work schedule as established by your direct supervisor, supporting timely and consistent care delivery.

• Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills, effectively prioritizing tasks in a high-volume caseload setting.

• Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the efficient operation of the counseling team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population primarily consists of youth facing various challenges, including emotional and behavioral issues, academic struggles, and peer relationship difficulties. As a licensed mental health therapist, you will play a crucial role in addressing these challenges through personalized interventions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited program.

• Possession of an independent licensure in the state of Oregon, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, is required.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
