The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and skill level.

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate the unique schedules and needs of your patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand patients' unique experiences and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are tailored to meet each patient’s cultural background and personal circumstances.

• Provide individual therapy, family therapy, and group counseling sessions aimed at addressing various mental health concerns and fostering resilience.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and counselors to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring that patients in immediate distress receive the support they require.

• Educate patients and families regarding mental health issues, treatment modalities, and available community resources.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of progress in line with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing cultural competency and professional development training.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A strong foundation in mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and cultural competency.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy, utilizing inclusive therapeutic approaches that address the diverse needs of patients.

• Proficient crisis intervention abilities and the capacity to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience building trusting relationships with clients from a variety of backgrounds.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and related technology.

• Adherence to ethical guidelines, professional boundaries, and client confidentiality.
