Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple cases and administrative tasks efficiently.

• Familiarity with teletherapy technologies and best practices for delivering virtual mental health services.

• Expertise in specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, depending on your caseload and level of experience. Our benefits package includes:
