This position is designed to accommodate a remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to connect with clients in a comfortable and supportive environment. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' unique mental health needs, creating individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals and concerns.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, employing various approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to address a wide range of mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with fellow healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients, which may include referrals to external resources when necessary.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies and provide immediate support for clients in acute distress, demonstrating your expertise and compassion during challenging situations.

• Engage actively in community outreach initiatives, facilitating educational workshops to raise awareness about mental health and advocating for the destigmatization of mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our community health center serves a diverse array of clients, encompassing various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses. Many of our clients face complex mental health challenges, which may include anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients from a variety of backgrounds.

• Cultural competence and experience working effectively with clients from different ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in maintaining accurate, timely documentation of client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a community mental health setting or similar environment is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices, as well as familiarity with the specific needs of marginalized populations.

• Experience with telehealth methodologies or teletherapy is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and credentials. In addition to a robust salary, our compensation package includes:
