Paralegal - Client Services Center

Job Description

Full Time and Part Time shifts available.

Essential Functions:

Respond to incoming phone calls, initiate outbound follow-up, and address inquiries through live chat and website submissions
Use the electronic case management system to open new cases and schedule follow-up tasks when necessary
Conduct meetings with individuals who visit in person to collect essential details for evaluating their eligibility based on the firm's criteria
Perform any additional tasks as assigned
To qualify for the Client Services Paralegal position at Harding Mazzotti, LLP in Albany, NY, US, you should have:
- A strong understanding of PC applications, including Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional organizational skills to excel in this role.
- Problem-solving abilities are a must for this position.
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective client interaction.
- The ability to multitask efficiently is a key requirement.
- Excellent phone etiquette is necessary for communicating professionally with clients.
- The ability to compassionately engage with claimants facing unfamiliar circumstances.
- A four-year degree

Full-time Shifts:
Monday to Friday 8:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Friday to Tuesday 8:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Part-time Shift:
Saturday 8:30 pm - 5:00 pm, Sunday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm, Monday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
